STORY OF THE PICTURE

I didn’t know how to name the painting so I asked my neighbourhood for help with ideas. I was surprised at how many people this thing evokes nature. Which is really beautiful to me.

Ideas for names were for example:
The Lake, Lime Slaughterhouse, Treading in the green, The Swamp, Lost in the Bamboo, Wildflowers, Acidtrix, Monet from Chernobyl, or Halmonas – which is a bacteria that will probably eat Titanic one day.

I was most amused by the title “I have to wash the windows”.

The painting is the result of experimentation. The intention was to create something pleasing to the eye.

What you see in it is up to you.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PAINTING

I call it the “plank technique”.
The result is completely random, unexplainable and definitely surprising to me.

In fact, the result is a curated selection of spots that function as a painting.
